From the very beginning, Prime Time has been a family business where everyone is welcome. Families and friends gather around the table to enjoy food made with care, quality ingredients, and authentic flavors. As we grew from pop-ups to a community favorite, that spirit never changed. We’re still about good pizza, good company, and creating memories that last.

Drawing on a foundation in fine dining, he applies discipline, technique, and attention to detail to every dough, ingredient, and bake to ensure each pizza delivers a balance of flavor and consistency. His approach blends respect for tradition with the demands of high-volume kitchens, allowing quality to shine. Now based in Toronto, Rob focuses on sourcing the best local ingredients, building strong teams, working with great suppliers, and creating memorable moments.
